Adrian is a UK based Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) specialising in the treatment of anxiety disorders. He is fully accredited with BABCP and has over 15 years’ clinical experience of working in the NHS and private practice as a qualified CBT Therapist.
He has over 9 years’ experience working at the Lambeth IAPT NHS CBT service for the treatment of people with severe and complex depression and anxiety disorders, during which he was also based at the National Service Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT). He has a further 2 years’ experience as a Senior CBT Therapist within Croydon IAPT NHS CBT service providing training and clinical supervision inclusive of therapy.
