Dr Anthony Furlong
Integrative Counsellor
Pronouns: He/Him
I work integratively, which essentially means that I'm trained to use different approaches and tools based on you and your needs. This brings flexibility to our online therapy sessions.
I am trained to work in a variety of ways and across different areas, including anxiety, depression, attachment styles, sexual health, addiction, body image, relationships.
Above all my approach to therapy is collaborative. Together we create therapy and a therapeutic relationship that works for you to heal and become the version of yourself you want to be.
One-to-one therapy will help you better understand yourself and your relationships with others and feel more in control of your life and connected to yourself and those around you.
