Gabriella completed an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling in 2014. Before this she was Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.
Gabriella is trained in a range of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Person Centred Counselling and Hypnotherapy.
She has experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, families, the elderly and disabled.
