Testimonial’s about Paul’s online therapy
“I’m so glad I took the plunge and booked these sessions with Paul. I believe I was suffering from PTSD after being on a ventilator for COVID19. I wasn’t sleeping and was getting frightening flashbacks and unpleasant memories which kept me taut and anxious. I’m now able to go back over my memories, if I choose to, without feeling upset.” Julia
“Paul was wonderful and having said we’d need 6-12 sessions we only needed 6.
I found him professional but approachable, compassionate but not too gushing with, “You poor thing!”, which I would have hated!
His brand of CBT and brain based therapies didn’t seem like hard work, in fact after the first session when I was slightly apprehensive not knowing what to expect, I actually came to enjoy the sessions.
I would certainly recommend Paul without hesitation and feel sure that if you get other people post-Covid he’d sort them out with a similar efficient yet kindly manner.” Julia
“Paul is just a kind, great guy, found him easy to work with, is like friend with expertise to help me through my issues” Martin
“My mental health has drastically improved, as well as my understanding of trauma and trauma treatment.
Paul Gebka-Scuffins was a fantastic, caring and knowledgeable therapist who helped me process and understand my own difficulties. The price of these services always seem daunting, but better mental health is worth every penny.” Ben
“Paul was great, I had a few reservations about going ahead with therapy! Mostly, feeling like I was “mad”.
After 5 minutes speaking to Paul, I felt relaxed and ready to talk about my issues! He was capable, patient and easy to talk to, and made the sessions feel like more of a chat down the pub than a cold and clinical “therapy” session! I noticed an immediate change in my mood (for the better) after our first full session and the techniques he used were really powerful! Couldn’t recommend Paul more highly! Thanks “ Joe
“From the (free 15minute) initial consultation, Paul was really great. He put me at ease and allayed any fears I had. I am so thankful that I took the plunge with Paul because through his expert guidance and thoughtful questions, my life is so much better. If someone would have told me that if you do about 12 hours therapy, you will be able to stop thinking about things that have haunted you for years. I would have never believed you. But I am living proof of its effectiveness. If you can afford it because it is not cheap, then do it is the best investment you will ever make.” Anonymous
“I started to see results almost immediately in terms of my level of internal chatter and how I interacted with people on a daily basis” Anonymous
“I feel that a lot of the trauma I experienced as a child has been processed and has been firmly left in the past, so that enjoy the present and the forthcoming future knowing that I won't have any past traumas interfering with the relationships I currently have with people as well as any future relationships I develop.”
“I have experienced great benefit from accessing online therapy and have had and continue to have marked reduction in symptoms” Anonymous
“The therapy I received online from Paul was really professional and effective. He made me feel at ease, validated and respected. The therapy was really effective and I am no longer experiencing symptoms related to the traumatic event that I received the therapy for.“ Hannah
