Shirey is a UK based Chartered Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS. She has experience working with adults, young people and families struggling with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Shirey completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London.
In her work Shirey draws on a range of therapeutic models, with a particular interest in CBT and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). She aims to provide people with a safe and non-judgemental place to better understand their difficulties, rediscover their strengths and live the life that they want.
