Sonia specialises in Couples Therapy and Family Relationships. Sonia has 12 years of Counselling experience and has dedicated most of her adult life studying human development.
Sonia is a therapist of integrity who demonstrates great empathy and unconditional positive regard.
Sonia focuses her practice on the understanding of past events and the impact of these events on the individual. Supporting people to uncover the impact that the past has on the choices they make in their relationships today.
She has gained extensive experience in relationship counselling through working with young people and their families within a local council for 9 years and has a level 5 Diploma in Couple Therapy with the CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body).
Sonia is dedicated to helping people. She knows how hard it is to recognise when a person needs help and strives to offer a warm, professional, and confidential space which allows for positive personal growth and development.
