Monthly MTO Client Sessions for Invoicing
(Therapists to complete)

Please send us confirmation of all PAID sessions with your My Therapist Online clients.

Include ALL sessions completed with the client (we invoice details of all paid sessions to the client including any which were paid for in advance). Exclude any free 15-minute intro sessions.

Please double-check your dates & notify your clients of any DNA or late cancellation charges they are being invoiced for.
